Kim Kardashian wants to be in the best shape of her life.

The reality starlet talks to Life & Style, in an interview given exclusively to PopEater, about losing weight after her breakup with Reggie Bush and being confident with her body.

Her confidence has grown: "It gave me a lot of confidence with my body. I work out to feel good about myself -- and sure, it doesn't hurt if someone notices."
"I've lost five pounds in five days," she told Life & Style of getting thinner.

	How she feels now: "I used to be so shy and insecure walking around in a bikini doing shoots and things. It's amazing how much better I feel and I was really proud of myself for just sticking to my diet."

Her workout regimen: "I made sure that in addition to my gym workout, I did freestyle cardio outdoors. I went running or made sure I did as much walking as I could. I really kept active."

There's No Place Like Home

Fresh from a cross-country flight, Kim Kardashian was spotted arriving back in Los Angeles, CA on Saturday (April 3).

Sporting a gorgeous tan from the Florida sunshine, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” hottie caused a frenzy among the paparazzi as she made her way out of LAX.

The Kardashian women are getting real about their periods.

Kim, Khloe and their mom Kris Jenner have teamed up with Kotex to make a a series of videos called "Getting Real with U." The first installment shows the three of them reminiscing about the girls' first periods--which Kris says was "a sad day" for her because it meant they were growing up.
In a blog post entitled "Let's Talk PERIODS! WOOOHOOOO!" Khloe writes:

We all know that I'm not one that's afraid to speak my mind, nor do I get embarrassed very easily, so I have no problem screaming at the top of my lungs about periods and vaginas. Getting your period is natural, so as a woman, why should I have to keep my mouth shut about it? But not all girls are as comfortable discussing these sorts of topics as freely as I am, and that's the issue that I want to address here.

"I've been hearing are all of these rumors I'm in talks to do a dating show! LOL...NO truth to that!" she tweeted.
